Indoor Pool Hours
The pool is open 24 hours for your enjoyment, please swim at your own risk. The women's restroom in the athletic club will close from 11am to 12pm for cleaning Monday-Friday.

Athletic Club Tour and Orientation
Each Thursday at 2:00 pm

New homeowners and those new to The Athletic Club may join the fitness staff each Thursday at 2 pm for a tour of the Athletic Club facility and fitness equipment orientation and hear a description of fitness and wellness programs and classes being offered.

Golf Conditioning
Blood Pressure Screenings available at any time
Personal Training (Additional fee and by appointment only)

Weather Condition Procedures for closing a Pool
Guidelines set forth by the American Red Cross and the National lightning Safety Institute: At the first sighting of lightning or sound of thunder the pool and deck areas will be cleared for thirty minutes. If thunder and lighting continues, the thirty minute period will start again until thunder and lightning has stopped and left the area. In case of severe rain with no thunder or lightning, the pool will remain open as long as the bottom of the pool is visible. |
